Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at [HAPPY MAN INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED]. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Cancellation right (14-day cooling-off period) — Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period runs from the day you (or a third party you appoint, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

How to cancel — Please notify us of your decision within 14 days via [efest-power@hotmail.com] or our contact page, quoting your order number.

Return postage — If you cancel because you have changed your mind (the goods are not faulty), you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, we will cover the return cost (see "Faulty or non-conforming goods" below).

Return conditions — Returned items must be unused, unopened, with packaging and protective cases intact and in their original condition. For health and safety reasons, batteries that have been opened and used are not returnable unless they are faulty.

Battery return shipping — Lithium-ion batteries are dangerous goods (UN3480 for loose cells). Royal Mail does not accept loose batteries, and posting them is an offence under the Postal Services Act 2000. Loose batteries must be returned by you via a dangerous-goods courier, at your own cost; we can provide guidance on a carrier that handles batteries. Do not post back damaged, swollen or leaking batteries yourself — contact us to arrange safe handling.

Refund timeline — We will refund you via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and confirming they meet the conditions. If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Diminished value — If the value of the goods is reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, batteries that have been opened and used), we may deduct that amount from your refund, up to the contract price.

Faulty or non-conforming goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015) — If goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt; if a fault appears within 6 months, we will first repair or replace, or refund where repair or replacement is not possible. Return shipping for faulty goods is arranged and paid for by us.

Non-returnable items — Custom-made items, damage caused by misuse or improper storage, and non-faulty items returned after the cooling-off period.
